LUNCH & LEARN LECTURE SERIES: Part 201 Panel Discussion

The West Michigan Chapter of the Air & Waste Management Association invites you to join us on February 13 for an interactive panel discussion on the recent modifications to Part 201 “Cleanup Criteria” for environmental remediation in Michigan. The amendments to the statute were one of many bills passed in Lame Duck session in December 2018.

Our panel will offer details on Public Act 581 of 2018 (Enrolled Senate Bill 1244) and how it modifies and provides certain restrictions and clarifications on the development of revised cleanup criteria pursuant to Part 201. The panel will also include an update on the MDEQ’s plans to implement the legislation and will allow for Q&A.
